Cwm Penmachno: Efallai eich bod wedi sylwi bod y signal ffôn symudol wedi diflannu dros dro. Mae'r mast wedi'i ddiffodd am gyfnod tra bod peirianwyr yn gwneud paratoadau i alluogi cefnogaeth i rwydweithiau O2 a VodafoneThree.Bydd y signal arferol yn ôl erbyn dydd Sul (EE yn unig), a bydd y rhwydweithiau newydd yn cael eu troi ymlaen yn y misoedd i ddod.---Cwm Penmachno: You may have noticed that the mobile phone signal has temporarily disappeared. Message regarding items for free and sale- Please contact Paul and Susan for more information as below“Paul Newby is in the process of selling his cottage, 5 Carrog Terrace. He writes that his buyer is only purchasing some, not all, the existing furniture; there may eventually be chattels as well as furniture that are entirely useable but are surplus to our requirements and of little value (or can only be disposed of privately because they pre-date modern fire regulations and certification, etc., etc.). We would offer such things to members of the Cwm community for free or for nominal sums. Available items include a good, clean, modern double bed which is inevitably destined for landfill unless it finds a good home with somebody who would be glad of it. There are also two old but serviceable bunk beds, as well as a very nice small two-seater fireside sofa and an unused two burner gas hob kept for emergency use. Also a small modern fridge (bought new at New Year 2020) and a small Belling upright electric cooker in good condition, among many other items. We are coming to Carrog on Wednesday 28th January (arriving late evening) to sort out our personal belongings for removal. Final clearance will be taking place from Monday 2nd February onwards. Therefore items of interest should be inspected (and removed if wanted) from Thursday 29th January to Sunday 1st February.Ideally please contact Paul or Susan in advance of your intention to visit, or to discuss what is available, on 01690 760 536.” ...
